Keeping patients safe during their hospital stay is a top priority, one that has a number of different dimensions, including staffing levels, hand hygiene and infection rates, as well as fall rates, medication errors and staff vaccination rates. All of which need to be carefully monitored and managed to ensure that our patients and residents are as safe as they can be during their stay with us.
